Yes, we communicate with SAPS during vehicle recoveries. While we have strong relationships with highly-trained professional recovery teams, SAPS often assists in the recovery process.
What happens if my vehicle is stolen, and the unit is not working?
Once reported, the recovery process begins with alerting response teams. We’ll contact you for more details, such as the vehicle model and any distinguishing features, and guide you to report the case to SAPS.
